Hospitality expert Francis Brennan steps aboard a state-of-the-art cruise ship to go behind the scenes and learn how this vast floating city works.
Director: Lee Salisbury
With 3500 passengers onboard, Francis will need to use his experience to win the guests over. From hosting a quiz show to leading a line dance party, he's on the front line of glitz and glamour. Also, Francis takes some selected guests sight seeing in St Petersburg.
